SAME DAY SHIPPING

No need to worry when we’re going to get your order out. We ship orders the same day if they are placed before 3 p.m. (MT).
Excludes weekends and U.S. holidays. If an order contains backordered products, the in-stock items will ship first and the backordered items will ship when they arrive.

Overnight Delivery: FedEx
When you just can’t wait--we can get your products to you the next day. We offer Overnight Delivery on U.S. orders placed before 3 p.m. (MT). Orders placed after 1 p.m. ship the next business day. Friday orders will not be delivered until Monday.
Excludes weekends and U.S. holidays. No P.O. Boxes, Physical Address Required. vernight shipping does not apply to U.S. Commonwealths such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Don’t live in the U.S.? No problem. We ship worldwide.
Shipping costs vary per country, however the shipping rate will be provided upon checkout. All International orders ship via United States Postal Service.
All International orders are subject to customs. Some packages may be delayed as much as 2-3 weeks (depending on customs). You will also be responsible for additional customs fees that may occur. Signature may be required upon delivery.
RETURN POLICY
SkinBotanica stands behind the products we sell. We strive to provide the highest quality, most effective professional products on the market. However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. In order to provide the best possible service, we do accept product returns* within 60 days of purchase.
We offer two types of returns, a Replacement or a Refund*. Products are eligible for a Replacement of the same item if the original product is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product. Products are eligible for a full Refund if you decide you don't want the item, it didn't meet your expectations, or if you have had an adverse skin reaction.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to select a different item, you must return the original item for a refund, and then purchase another item.
