Based on Asian traditions from their childhood, Lisa and Roslyn Gillespie created Akhassa. The name Akhassa comes from the fifth element in ancient Siamese culture that unites and balances the tangible elements of earth, water, fire, and air. Akhassa believes in using only natural, purifying, soothing products on your body. Their collection uses age-old recipes of traditional healers from Thailand, Indonesia, and China to purify and strengthen your body, while soothing your mind.

Akhassa only uses essential oils and extracts that are distilled from plants, flowers, fruits, and herbs cultivated in Asia to provide the most natural, pure spa experience possible. Their products do not contain animal based ingredients, artificial dyes, or fragrances and are cruelty-free. They are free of parabens and potential irritants like Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and petro-chemicals.
