i don't use this daily. maybe once a week or before a special occasion. it basically gives me 'GODDESS HAIR'. silky, smooth, tanglefree hair. It foams well but don't get it to your eyes! stings like crazy. I usually foam it on my hair and just let it marinate while I finish my shower then rinse it off. One thing I noticed, I initially had a skin reaction to it? my skin is sensitive and with this I was itchy/red? maybe I didn't wash it off well but after that one time I was fine. I wish I could buy a whole truckload of this, if it weren't so gosh darn expensive. again, use it once in a while. def. worth it
