| I got this dust in gold, and it's a gorgeous color. I thought it was a little more glittery than I had expected but it's a very fine powder, so I don't mind all that much. I've mixed a very small amount with moisturizer/lotion to create a hint of glow on the skin, used it as an eyeliner by taking a larger amount and sweeping a line across my lash line, and it can be dabbed on your eyelids for a shadow effect or layered on top of a different color for shimmer. Extremely versatile. I don't see the point of having 24k gold in it though since it's not like you can tell anyway--bragging rights or the fact that it doesn't use synthetic ingredients, perhaps? Either way, the jar is surprisingly larger than I expected, and at the rate I'm using it this will last me at least a year. (I have a mineral foundation in a sample size, same height but almost a cm smaller diameter and I've used it almost daily for 3 months now; it is still half full, to give an indication.) |
