I would give this a 4-star because of the smell but I didn't think it would be fair to judge a product's value by its scent. Today was my first time using it; however, when I took the mask off, my skin felt so smooth and soft, not to mention it LOOKED like there was a difference. It looked clear and nourished. The scent however, was a different story. The other reviewers are correct that it is not a overpowering, putrid smell, it was subtle but noticeable enough to make me feel nauseous and want to puke. Now I'm asian and I EAT seaweed soup, but this was just an intensified seaweed odor that is not bearable for very long. Definitely don't judge the product by its odor though. :)

I'm a very picky consumer when it comes to facial products. Im always trying to find chemical free products that actually work. Most i find tend to lack efficient results. However the seaweed mask works exceptionally. It moisturizes my skin and gets rid of my age spots as well as minimizing my pores. The only very slight downside is the smell, whcih is very well worth putting up with.

Only a bit is needed to mix with water. The smell is muddy and a bit fishy, but peppermint is overpowering those two smells. It's not most pleasant but nothing that can be refused. Especially when I saw the result, very smooth face. Helps with breakouts in long term. The only minus is that it;s hard to remove from face once mask is dry. I use before shower, this is more convenient to remove mask. Very good quality and price for the amount.

My acne has definitely cleared up by using this product. My skin feels wonderful after washing off the mask. The only bad thing is the the smell, its not a really strong smell, but enough to go "eww" and also mixing the product. cause it gets messy and i am also lazy. :D

Was curious if since you claim to have medicinal properties such as being anti-bacterial does that claim make you so that you have to get FDA approval?
